Have you checked the FAQ? More than half the tech support questions we receive by phone or email are answered in the FAQ.

When sending mail about a tech support problem please make sure you include all the following information so we can help you in the shortest time possible:


For Windows programs, if you use the Email Support command in the Help menu, the program name and complete version number will automatically be added to the email subject. This may not work with some email programs such as AOL.

If you can not see the address, send email to support (at) ramss.com and use the subject "Support Request for [Program]"). If you send email with no subject or subjects like "Help" they are very likely to be deleted by our spam filters.
