HP48's are currently not available. This also means all packages containing an HP48 can not be shipped. We are attempting to find additional supplies and are therefore leaving these items on our price list for the time being. HP48 ROM cards are also not available. This means HP48 software provided on a card can not be shipped. This includes all Party Chief versions, SiteStake, Student Cogo and HYDROmate. HYDRAtools can still be provided on disk.

PC cables are 6 feet in length, noncoiled, with a DB9F for attachment to your PC.

United States Standard shipping is by UPS ground. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, & Puerto Rico MUST ship by UPS air (2nd day or overnite) or by Priority US Mail. Orders shipped to a PO Box will be by Priority Mail. Additional charges may apply for orders weighing more than 2 pounds.
Canada Ground service is not available in Yukon and Northwest Terrritories. It is also not recommended in other areas as UPS will charge you approximately $40 customs broker fee and it is generally cheaper to use Red or Blue service. Most software is duty free so you pay only Canadian and provincial tax. 2nd day UPS is $24 additional.
International International orders contact us for a shipping quotation. International shipments will be by USPS Global Priority or UPS depending upon country and availability. You can expect to pay $30-$50 for USPS or US$65-$90 for UPS.

Payment Options

Payment may be by credit card, check, money order, or COD. All checks must be in US funds and drawn on US banks. Allow up to 12 days for checks to clear. COD is $5 additional. COD payment must be cash or money order. Purchase orders are accepted from government agencies only. Prices and availability subject to change without notice. A 15% restocking fee is applied to returned items. All returned items must be in new condition with original packaging materials. No returns after 30 days.

If you wish to order by email, you may use PGP encryption to protect credit card numbers. Our public key for the * sales email address is available from the keyserver at keyserver.pgp.com. Just add their keyserver to your email or encryption program to send us an encrypted email. Many email programs such as the open source Mozilla products allow you to create PGP encrypted email. This information is provided for your benefit but we can not help you with the installation or configuration of these products.
